Whether you’re going formal or keeping it casual, we’ve got the perfect setting for your next big bash.

Reservation Information

Make the space yours for the day! Monday–Friday reservations are available from 11 AM–3 PM, giving you a private space to host your group, gather, celebrate, or connect. Your reservation also includes 1 hour beforehand for setup and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup.

Earlier start times may be available upon request. Reservations cannot extend past 3 PM, as we prepare to open to the public at 4 PM. If you’d like to keep the celebration going beyond 4 PM, please submit a Full Facility Rental Request.

Reservations have a $3,000 food & beverage minimum. Food must be pre-ordered in advance from our catering menu.

No, smoking is not permitted on the premises.

Yes! Outside vendors and activities may be added to your reservation for a $50 vendor fee and must be approved in advance by the location’s General Manager. This may include DJs, musicians, comedians, permanent jewelry, painting classes, craft or activity instructors, and other outside entertainment.

Outside food and beverage vendors are not permitted.

The person booking the reservation is responsible for coordinating with the vendor and ensuring they meet all requirements, including:

Providing proof of insurance, when required
Collecting any necessary waivers
Handling their own setup and cleanup
Providing all equipment and supplies needed
Following all Urban policies and safety requirements
Receiving approval in advance if the vendor plans to charge guests a ticket or participation fee

Vendor approval must be received before making final arrangements or advertising the vendor as part of your event.
